How to delete your account
Safer City GO — deleting your account, step by step.
The steps
- Open the Safer City GO app and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Delete my account.
- Confirm when prompted — your account and personal data are removed.

Good to know
- Deleting your account removes your personal data — see the Delete Account page for exactly what's deleted vs kept (some payment records are retained for tax/legal reasons).
- Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an App Store / Google Play subscription. Cancel that separately — see Cancel a subscription.
