My Circle connects you and the people you care about in a shared safety network. Everyone in your circle can see each other on the live map, gets notified when someone triggers SOS, and can check in with one tap.
See every circle member's real-time location on the crime-aware map — 24/7, updated continuously.
When anyone in the circle triggers SOS panic, every member is notified instantly with their location.
Each circle member sets a personal safe word. Dispatchers use it to verify the call is not under duress.
Know when family members arrive safely. Get passive alerts if someone enters a crime hot zone.
Gold subscribers can review the last 14 days of movement history and driving habits for every circle member.
Add family, a close colleague, or a trusted friend — any Safer City GO user can be invited to your circle.
Takes about 2 minutes. Everyone you invite needs the Safer City GO app installed.
From the home screen, tap the My Circle icon in the bottom navigation bar. First time? Tap "Create a Circle".
Tap Invite Members. Send the invite link via WhatsApp, SMS or email. The recipient taps the link and joins your circle automatically.
Each member controls their own sharing. Tap Share my location to allow circle members to see you on the map. You can pause sharing at any time.
Go to Profile → Safe word. Choose a word only you and our dispatchers know. If you can't say it during a call, help is escalated immediately.
Run a test panic with your circle. Tap SOS → select "Test". Your circle members receive a test notification so everyone knows what to expect in a real emergency.
My Circle is now live. You can see your family on the map, and they'll be the first to know if you ever need help.
