SOS and emergency response
Press the SOS button inside the app for a one-tap connection to our 24/7 control room. Available in supported regions. The dispatcher will call you and verify your safe-word before any responder rolls.
Account and subscription
- Delete your account
- Cancel a subscription: open the app → Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
- Change tier: same path, then tap Change tier.
- Reset password: at the login screen, tap Forgot password.
Family Circle
Invite people to your circle from the Circle tab. They must accept before any data is shared. You can remove members at any time.
Report a bug or request a feature
Email info@safercitygo.com with the subject "Bug" or "Feature request". Please include your device model, OS version, app version, and steps to reproduce.
